Nicole spent six years as a venture investor at Harlem Capital, backing early-stage founders, and has been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and an NVCA Rising Star. As a first-generation college student, she had no roadmap into venture when she started, so she built one — both for herself and for everyone who’s followed in her footsteps since.
